Through the wonderful reception for the ambitious ice cream flavors, Chef Mike turned the hobby into a business when he upgraded the two ounce sample cups into pints and quarts that the STL Metro citizens couldn’t wait to purchase. Beginning as MW3, MikeWoolf Desserts is on its way to be recognized as a premier dessert brand with more products to be aligned with the unique ice cream tastes.
