255 AP Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch cream of tartar
200g butter
275g brown sugar
50g raw honey
1 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
200g Dulcey chocolate (chopped)
– preheat oven to 350°
– Cream butter, honey, and brown sugar in a stand mixer on medium speed
- in a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar
- Add egg, egg yolk, & vanilla to sugar/butter mixture while it’s mixing
- Lower the speed & add dry mixture just enough to blend everything together. Don’t over mix
- Add chopped chocolate, mix in for 30sec
- Pour batter in a 9×13 in pan
- Bake for 30 – 35min
- Cool & serve
