255 AP Flour  1/2 teaspoon baking soda  Pinch cream of tartar  200g butter 275g brown sugar 50g raw honey 1 eggs 1 egg yolk 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt  200g Dulcey chocolate (chopped) – preheat oven to 350° – Cream butter, honey, and brown sugar in a stand mixer on medium speed
